My company would be very interested in any info that you have on this. We currently support a number of platforms, including SGI (running Performer), and would like to standardise our software. An OpenGL version of Performer would be ideal. Anybody know if this is true. We have a simulation we are modifying to use Performer, but will not be transitioning to OpenGL this year and maybe even next. It does not need or use OpenGL. There will be a future release of IRIS Performer for OpenGL, but the just-released (and available now) IRIS Performer 1.2 is very much IrisGL-based.
