  Scenario: (Ref: CS#4926,CO#4388)
    Multiple (2 or more) 4824 adapters installed in system
    4824 Driver version SX00306-A00
    HP D350/2 (also affects single CPU configurations)
    HP-UX 10.2x (may also affect HP-UX 10.1x systems)

  Symptom:
    System 'panic' [fault code FLTB800] when trying to start the 2nd 100 BaseT
    network interface.

  Cause:
    Multicast memory [de]allocation not implemented correctly.

  Solution: (temporary, pending general release)
    De-install current 4824 driver
    Install SX00306-A01 in it's place
