REASON FOR CHANGE(S) :

Symptom : Interrupt level test in the CB diagnostics always reports a timeout.
          Major test 3, Minor test 7.

Cause   : The address for the interrupt service routine for the test was not
          being loaded, leaving the default routine in the table which was
          not setting the flag being monitored by the diagnostic code.

Solution: Install the appropriate vector when running the test and restore
          the default after the test.

Symptom : CB DMA diagnostic runs forever when selecting SRAM as the source.
          Major test 3, Minor test 5 and 6.

Cause   : The implementation of an extra options field for the READ/WRITE   
          buffer commands used the wrong options word when determining
          whether the loop enable bit was set or not. The loop bit and the
          SRAM select bit are the same, just in different option fields.

Solution: Correct the code to use the correct options field when determining
          loop enable.
