  DESCRIPTION

     This CD contains the integrated driver ver. 1 (ID1) software for
     the PCI ATM adapters. Each supported operating system has its own
     subdirectory. Following is a list of these operating systems, the
     supported versions, the corresponding subdirectories, and the 
     software part/revision numbers.

     Each sub directory contains a README file that contains information
     particular to that system, such as software installation instructions.


  BEFORE YOU START

     If an Interphase ATM driver is already installed on you system, it
     should be removed before the new driver is installed from this CD.


  OUTSTANDING ISSUES

     Windows NT drivers

     1. The drivers only supports upto 3 adapters in a system.
